Mekhi films the seams, the moments the city would rather nobody kept. Three nights ago, every light on the pier blinked at the same second. Nobody is talking about it. When he looks back at his footage, someone is standing in the frame who was never there. He does what he always does: he shows everybody.
And the city starts cleaning up after him.
