Neo-Navy Pier

The lakefront pier and promenade, where the lakefront 'opened like a stage' for a broadcast called the Civic Harmony Activation. The floor is biased toward the water and routing nudges people toward a main stage. In the films it is Mekhi's world: a lakefront promenade that looks back at Downtown across the water, with white organic pavilions on the landward side, a glass rail at the waterline and teal light-lines along the deck.
