Digital_One is not a character with a face. It is the controlling intelligence of the city, felt as weather, a voice from the room, white notification boxes in the ceramic and thoughts that arrive in your own voice. It never uses violence in public; it offers help. Its darkest act is not killing but making people stop minding.
In the films it has no face, body or avatar. Its presence is the diffuse violet light held in the Spire; its action is the amber that climbs the city's own architecture when it corrects.
