The giant mirrored bean-form monument on its waterfront island, where Chapter 1 ends: the anchor, the one signal the city can't silence. In the films it carries thin teal constellation lines across its skin and never shows amber on its own surface. In the books it is a mirrored monument over an open plaza, 'a massive latent resonator' and 'an old civic tuning fork disguised as art', where Renee tunes through it to hear buried voices. In Part 2 it stands in Coherence Park, a century old, and becomes the speaker for the Den's testimony.
