The curved plaza of matte white bio-ceramic around the base of the Central Loop Spire, where Renee walks among hundreds of citizens in Chapter 1 and where the Correction begins. Beside it stands a Carbon Void tower with the small crack Renee had visited for eleven days. A raised pedestrian bridge of reinforced glass rises from the plaza toward the transit hub. The films call it 'THE CONCOURSE' and sets the opening of Chapter 1 there.
